Awareness Coaching and HR

Awareness was founded in 2022 by Jane Gilham following a personal journey of exploration, growth, and transformation.

Working at board level for 20+ years in Human Resourcing, Jane is an experienced business person, who is passionate about people, understands how they drive business performance and most importantly what support they need to thrive.

Supporting the C-suite and leadership teams to achieve rapid business growth and culture through MBO and PE investment has been a significant feature of her career to date, underpinned by leading, establishing, and growing HR teams to develop and implement the People Strategy.

As a leader with coaching skills, she has developed a reputation for being an active listener who creates space and time for others. With a very high level of self-awareness, her style is a blend of empathetic, supportive, open, honest, curious, and challenging. As a leader, she models vulnerability and courage, which for her is at the heart of connecting with, inspiring and leading others.

Jane is CIPD certified, a member of the Association of Coaching, Dare to Lead™ Trained and part of the Henley School for Coaching Alumni.
